Rotor Q-rings give you a smoother pedal action and help reduce build up of lactates at threshold.They give you assistance deadspot by reducing the effective gear, and also help you utilise the Q-moment(point of most force) by raising the effective gear.

These rings fit Most XT & XC MTB Triple applications and have 2 Bolt circle diameters.

Outer and Middle ring on 104mm and the inner on 64mm.
