• Adjustment of Gears
• Brakes checked for effective operation and adjusted
• Checking over of bike for wear/damage
• Checking of wheel trueness and minor adjustments
• Headset checked for free movement and adjusted if required
• Checking hubs for play and adjusted if required
• Checking all fastenings are secured to correct torque
• Wheel hubs and rims checked for damage and wear
• Inspection for wear and tear then inflation of tyres to suitable pressures

Frequency recommended

• Daily commuter – three to four times per year
• Weekend warrior - twice per year
• Leisure cyclist - once per year

• Degreasing of the Drivetrain the removal cleaning and checking for wear of the following components 
(chain, cassette, chain set, front and rear derailleur) plus the fitting of replacements parts if worn
• Brake blocks / disc pads checked and replaced if required
• Bottom Bracket checked for free movement and adjusted or replaced if required
• External adjustment of all bearings
• Replacement of any other worn parts if required
• Lubrication of chain, mechs & cables

• Weekend warrior - every 12 months
• Leisure cyclist - every 24-36 months

• As above but the Bike is stripped down to the frame is then cleaned and checked for alignment and damage.
• Hubs disassembled, cleaned, inspected, then rebuilt with fresh grease, bearings and cones if necessary and reassembled & checked for movement
• Bottom Bracket checked for movement, removed, cleaned and inspected, then rebuilt with fresh grease, refitted or replaced.
• Headset checked for movement, removed, cleaned, inspected,then rebuilt with fresh grease, refitted or replaced.
• All other fittings removed, checked for wear, cleaned and re-lubricated
• All cables and housings
 replaced
